I’m a wife, mother to three beautiful girls, and a doula who believes every woman deserves to feel heard, protected, and deeply cared for during their journey to motherhood.

I found my calling to be a doula through my own journey into motherhood and my three very different birth stories. Birth is one of the most powerful and vulnerable experiences in a woman’s life, and no one should have to walk through it alone. I believe birth is a God-given process. My role as your doula is to help create an environment where the body feels safe, supported, and free to do the work it was created to do.

Birth can be unpredictable, but your support shouldn’t be. Whether you need a calm voice during labor, someone to advocate for your wishes, or simply a reassuring presence, I’m there. When you invite me into your birth journey, you’re not just gaining a doula, you’re gaining someone who will treat you like family.

I believe every family deserves to feel heard, protected, and confident in their choices. I will walk beside you using my personal experiences and evidence based information to provide steady support and encouragement so that you can make decisions that feel right for you and your baby and step into your birth experience feeling confident and prepared.

To me, this work is not just about birth. It’s about people. It’s about families. Your birth, your voice, your story. I’m simply there to help you feel supported, protected, and empowered through it all.
