During each meal prep session, your doula will come to your home to prepare a stock of freezer meals to keep on-hand for postpartum. You provide the groceries, we do the cooking, cleaning and freezer storage. It’s that simple!

We offer Bengkung belly binding as an additional method of healing during the early postpartum period. At your first postpartum visit (or whenever you are ready) your doula will use a special muslin cloth to gently bind your torso, while explaining the process to both you AND your partner, so that you can sustainably continue the practice as you to heal from birth.

This is our gold standard postpartum offering.
The First 40 Days postpartum care packages offer six full weeks of deeply restorative, traditional care—rooted in the wisdom of Ayurvedic and ancestral postpartum practices. Instead of a revolving door of baby care and surface-level support, this model honors the sacred first forty days as a time for full-body healing, nourishment, and recalibration. Every visit is an intentional ritual of warmth, food, herbs, and rest—designed to wrap the mother in care so she can truly recover, bond, and rebuild her strength from the inside out.

This is ideal for families desiring extra support during the day with household chores, meal prep, lactation support and baby care. Hours can be added to any birth or postpartum package, or purchased separately. You may purchase as many hours as desired.
*Postpartum hours also make a great gift for the mom-to-be!

This is ideal for families desiring support during the night with baby care and feeding so parents can rest. Overnight sessions are 8 hours. Daytime hours can also be added before or after each sessionfor additional support with evening or morning routines.
